If you’re going aluminum-free but still want to fight BO:
1️⃣ Wash underarms with a benzoyl peroxide cleanser (4–10%) to cut odor-causing bacteria.
2️⃣ Post-shower, apply hypochlorous acid spray for sensitive skin or glycolic acid if you’re less sensitive to lower pH & reduce bacteria.For max sweat protection, apply an antiperspirant at night so the aluminum salts can work while you sleep.
