If you’ve been watching my channel for awhile, you’ve probably heard me talk about my battle with frozen shoulder….well maybe - I try not to complain THAT MUCH, but long story short - I have a perpetual proclivity for frozen shoulder….or adhesive capsulitis.
…and YALL - it’s BLOWN my mind! I mix it 50/50 with organic castor oil - this is the brand I prefer - The Heritage Store - in a glass bottle, hexane free - that’s non negotiable - no plastic bottles EVER - I’ll link this one in the description box below.
And I just store the mixture in this cute mini mason jar - I bought these from my local Walmart….you can get em pretty much anywhere and, like I said - 50/50 split, so if you add a tablespoon of castor oil, you add a tablespoon of DMSO…and apply it to freshly cleaned, dry skin ONLY.
I read you don’t wanna apply any lotions, potions, medications, or fragrances before you apply - cause it’s gonna take those chemicals, break em down - and push em into your bloodstream…that would be a no bueno situation.
…and you let it sit for about 15-20 minutes uncovered and go about your day!
