Delhi politics has been at its peak for the last two days regarding ED's questioning of CM Arvind Kejriwal in the Delhi Excise Policy case. The series of allegations and counter-allegations between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Aam Aadmi Party regarding the Delhi liquor scam is not stopping. Meanwhile, news spread that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal is going to be arrested on Thursday. Based on sources, this apprehension was expressed only by the ministers of Delhi government. After this, Delhi Police had tightened security outside the CM residence since Thursday morning. Not only this, Delhi Police had also banned anyone from visiting the CM's residence. Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate has termed the news of the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as completely baseless. ED has said that it has no plans to arrest the CM. On the contrary, ED has termed the information given by AAP leaders about the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal as a rumour. According to ED sources, neither the Delhi CM will be questioned nor will he be arrested on January 4, 2024. Enforcement Directorate officials are investigating the reply received by the investigating agency from the CM. After this, ED will issue a fresh summons to him in the Delhi Liquor Policy case. Actually, ED has issued notice to Arvind Kejriwal thrice in the Delhi liquor scam case. Every time the CM has refused to appear before the ED, calling it illegal. This is the reason why now various types of information regarding the arrest of CM are in the headlines. AAP ministers and leaders had claimed a day earlier that the Enforcement Directorate plans to arrest Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on January 4.
दिल्ली आबकारी पॉलिसी मामले में सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल से ईडी की पूछताछ को लेकर पिछले दो दिन से दिल्ली की राजनीति चरम पर है. भारतीय जनता पार्टी और आम आदमी पार्टी के बीच दिल्ली शराब घोटाले को लेकर आरोप प्रत्यारोप का सिलसिला थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है. इस बीच खबर यह फैली के गुरुवार को दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को गिरफ्तार करने वाली है. सूत्रों के आधार पर इसकी आशंका दिल्ली सरकार के मंत्रियों ने ही जाहिर की थी. इसके बाद दिल्ली पुलिस ने गुरुवार सुबह से ही सीएम आवास के बाहर सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी थी. इतना ही नहीं, दिल्ली पुलिस ने किसी के सीएम आवास जाने आने पर भी रोक लगा दी थी.इस बीच प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के गिरफ्तारी की खबर को पूर तरह से निराधार करार दिया है. ईडी ने बताया है कि उसकी सीएम को गिरफ्तार करने की कोई योजना नहीं है. इसके उलट ईडी ने आप नेताओं द्वारा अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी की सूचना को अफवाह करार दिया है. ईडी सूत्रों के मुताबिक चार जनवरी 2024 को न तो दिल्ली के सीएम पूछताछ होगी और न ही उनकी गिरफ्तारी होगी. प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के अधिकारी सीएम की ओर से जांच एजेंसी को मिले जवाब की जांच कर रहे हैं. इसके बाद ईडी दिल्ली शराब नीति मामले में उन्हें नया समन जारी करेगी. दरअसल, दिल्ली शराब घोटाला मामले में ईडी की ओर से अरविंद केजरीवाल को तीन बार नोटिस जारी किया जा चुका है. हर बार सीएम ने ईडी के समन को गैर कानूनी बताकर पेश होने से इनकार किया है. यही वजह है कि अब सीएम के गिरफ्तारी को लेकर तरह तरह की सूचनाएं सुर्खियों में है. आप के मंत्रियों और नेताओं ने एक दिन पहले दावा किया था कि प्रवर्तन निदेशालय की दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को चार जनवरी को गिरफ्तार करने की योजना हैClick Here to Subscribe our YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@ABPNEWS?sub_confirmation=1
