न्यू एक्साइज पॉलिसी (Delhi Excise Policy) से जु़ड़े मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले में प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के भेजे गए 5 समन का AAP नेता ने ने अब तक कोई जवाब नहीं दिया. ईडी ने पूछताछ के लिए अरविंद केजरीवाल को पांच बार समन भेजकर पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया था, लेकिन वह हाजिर नहीं हुए. जिसके बाद जांच एजेंसी ने अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया था. आज इस मामले पर दिल्ली की राउज एवेन्यू कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई और कोर्ट ने अरविंद केजरीवाल को पेश होने के लिए नोटिस जारी किया है.
राउस एवेन्यू कोर्ट की ओर से अरविंद केजरीवाल को जारी नोटिस पर आम आदमी पार्टी का बयान सामने आया है. पार्टी की ओर से कहा गया है कि 'कोर्ट के ऑर्डर का अध्यन कर रहे हैं. कानून के मुताबिक कदम उठायेंगे. कोर्ट को बताएंगे कैसे ED के सभी समन गैकानूनी थे.'
