खबर पंजाब से...जहां मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान नए विवाद में फंस गए... दरअसल ED ने मोहाली और चंडीगढ़ में...फर्जी CLU और रियल एस्टेट घोटाले में...दो बड़े बिल्डर ग्रुप्स पर छापेमारी की...जिनपर जमीन मालिकों और खरीदारों के साथ धोखाधड़ी करने...और मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के आरोप हैं...ऐसे में ED ने नितिन गोहल नाम के कारोबारी के ठिकानों पर रेड की...जिन्हें सीएम भगवंत मान के OSD राजबीर सिंह का करीबी माना जाता है...दरअसल ED सनटेक सिटी प्रोजेक्ट से जुड़े...रियल एस्टेट घोटाले से दूसरे मामलों की जांच कर रही है...इसी सिलसिले में एक टीम खरड़ में वेस्टर्न टावर्स सोसायटी पहुंची...और सोसायटी के फ्लैट नंबर 906 में छापा मारा...जहां नितिन गोहल कुछ ही दिन पहले शिफ्ट हुआ था...और जैसे ही ED की टीम इस फ्लैट में पहुंची...उसी वक्त फ्लैट से पांच पांच सौ के नोटों की गड्डियों से भरे बैग बाहर फेंके गए...ग्राउंड फ्लोर में नोट की गड्डियां बिखर गई...जिसे देखकर लोग हैरान रह गए...हालांकि ED के कुछ अधिकारी बिल्डिंग के नीचे मौजूद थे...इसलिए उन्होंने नोटों से भरे बैग को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया...ईडी को शक है कि नितिन गोहल...बिल्डर्स और सरकारी सिस्टम के बीच कड़ी का काम करता है...ऐसे में मामले में सियासत तेज है...पंजाब में विपक्ष के नेता का कहना है कि अगर जांच होगी...तो इसके तार मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय और दिल्ली तक जुड़ेंगे...
News from Punjab... where Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has landed in a fresh controversy. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently conducted raids in Mohali and Chandigarh on two major builder groups implicated in a fraudulent CLU (Change of Land Use) and real estate scam. These groups face allegations of defrauding landowners and buyers, as well as money laundering. In connection with this, the ED raided the premises of a businessman named Nitin Gohal, who is considered a close associate of CM Bhagwant Mann's OSD (Officer on Special Duty), Rajbir Singh. The ED is currently investigating various cases linked to a real estate scam involving the Suntec City project. As part of this ongoing investigation, a team arrived at the Western Towers Society in Kharar and raided Flat No. 906—a unit into which Nitin Gohal had moved just a few days prior. The moment the ED team entered the flat, bags filled with bundles of 500-rupee notes were thrown out of the window. The bundles of currency notes scattered across the ground floor, leaving onlookers stunned. However, as some ED officials were already stationed at the base of the building, they were able to immediately take possession of the bags containing the cash. The ED suspects that Nitin Gohal acts as a conduit between the builders and the government machinery. Consequently, the matter has triggered a political firestorm; the Leader of the Opposition in Punjab has asserted that if the investigation proceeds thoroughly, its trail will inevitably lead back to the Chief Minister's Office and extend all the way to Delhi.
