Quando o protagonista percebeu que estava no corpo de Ed, um vilão de terceira categoria, sua primeira reação foi de descrença. Porém, ao aceitar sua nova realidade, ele começou a consertar as bagunças deixadas pelo verdadeiro Ed. Sua vida seguia tranquila até que Lortelle, uma personagem do jogo, se desviou completamente da trama original. Apesar de inicialmente considerar isso um problema, Ed acabou criando um laço com ela, pois ambos compartilhavam histórias de rejeição. Ed fora expulso de sua família, e Lortelle era vista como o "lixo" da sociedade.Enquanto Taylor, o protagonista do jogo, crescia como o mais forte de sua geração, Ed vivia calmamente, cercado por Lucy, Janica e Lortelle. Porém, em uma noite escura e chuvosa, enquanto verificava sua janela de status, algo chamou sua atenção. Não era uma janela comum de status ou de proficiência em habilidades. Era algo completamente diferente, uma janela vermelha.
Pouco tempo depois, Ed descobriu que essa nova interface o designava como o vilão principal da trama. Ele tentou resistir, mas não havia opção de recusar. Para piorar, o sistema o forçou a levar Lortelle junto, justificando isso com a alta pontuação de confiança que ela tinha em relação a ele. Porém, o sistema também ajustou a mente de Lortelle, criando nela uma confiança incondicional em Ed. Não importava o que ele fizesse, ela permaneceria ao seu lado, mesmo contra sua vontade.
A partir desse momento, Ed foi obrigado a adotar o papel de Antagonista, ganhando acesso a habilidades sombrias e destrutivas inspiradas na lenda de Sukuna, o Rei das Maldições. Para se fortalecer, ele precisava reunir os dedos amaldiçoados espalhados pelo mundo. No entanto, a cada dedo que recuperava, sua personalidade começava a mudar, pouco a pouco, ameaçando apagar quem ele realmente era.

When the protagonist realized he was in the body of Ed, a third-rate villain, his initial reaction was disbelief. However, as he came to terms with his new reality, he started fixing the mess left behind by the original Ed. His life was peaceful until Lortelle, a character from the game, completely deviated from the original plot. At first, he thought this would be a problem, but over time, Ed formed a bond with her, as they shared similar pasts of rejection. Ed had been cast out of his family, and Lortelle was seen as the "trash" of society.While Taylor, the protagonist of the game, grew to become the strongest of his generation, Ed lived a quiet life, often visited by Lucy, Janica, and Lortelle. However, on a dark and rainy night, as he was checking his status window, something unusual caught his attention. It wasn’t a normal status or skill proficiency window. It was something entirely different—a red window.
Shortly after, Ed discovered that this new interface designated him as the main villain of the story. He tried to resist, but there was no option to refuse. To make matters worse, the system forced him to take Lortelle with him, citing her high trust points in him as the reason. Yet, that wasn’t all. The system altered Lortelle’s mind, creating an unconditional trust in Ed. No matter what he did, she would stay by his side, even against her will.
From that moment on, Ed was forced to assume the role of the Antagonist, gaining access to dark and destructive abilities inspired by the legend of Sukuna, the King of Curses. To grow stronger, he had to gather the cursed fingers scattered across the world. However, with each finger he recovered, his personality began to change, little by little, threatening to erase who he truly was.
